All EGK app subscriptions are billed and managed through your Apple ID or Google Play account, never directly by EGK. On iOS/macOS, go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions, or inside the app's own Settings screen where available. Cancelling stops future renewals — you keep access until the current billing period ends.

Look for a Restore Purchases button in the app's Settings screen — this re-syncs your subscription with the App Store or Play Store. Still stuck after relaunching the app? Email us with your purchase email and approximate purchase date and we'll sort it out.

It depends on the app — some, like EGKEdgeAgenticAI, process everything on-device with zero data transmission. Others use standard app analytics or cloud sync where relevant to their function. Requirements vary by app. On-device AI apps like EGKEdgeAgenticAI need an Apple Silicon Mac (M1 or later) running macOS 15+, with at least 16GB RAM for the standard model. iOS and Android apps generally support recent OS versions (iOS 16+/Android 10+) unless stated otherwise on the app's own App Store page.

First, confirm your device meets the app's minimum OS version (listed on its App Store / Play Store page) and that you have enough free storage. Try restarting the device and re-attempting the download. If it still fails, email us the exact error message shown and we'll investigate.
