FIRST RUN · AUTOMATED SETUP

On first launch, EGK-SI automatically detects, installs, and starts Ollama, then pulls the default llama3.2:3b model (~2GB) with a live progress bar. No terminal. No manual steps. macOS users: Gatekeeper may prompt you — right-click the .dmg → Open to proceed. Windows users: SmartScreen may ask permission — click "More info → Run anyway".
